本篇资料的主要内容及来源

本篇资料主要包括能源生产、消费及品种构成，能源和电力消费弹性系数，生活用能源消费量及综合能源平衡表，全省及各设区市主要发展约束性指标，以及规模以上工业分行业能耗情况。

行业分类采用现行统一的国民经济行业分类国家标准。综合能源平衡表中的库存量、进口量、出口量和消费量，根据有关部门和企业提供的数据综合评估得出。本篇出现的“煤炭”，包括原煤、洗精煤、其它洗煤和煤制品（即型煤），不包括焦炭。

本篇资料2013-2017年数据，根据全国第四次经济普查资料进行相应调整，相关数据以本年鉴公布数据为准。

本篇资料由省统计局能源统计处依据能源年报整理提供。

Brief Introduction

Main Content and Source of Data

Data in this chapter show the mainly energy production and consumption and their composition of Fujian Province, the elasticity ratio of energy consumption, the consumption of energy for residential use, main binding indicators on development of administrative areas of Fujian, and the energy consumption of industrial enterprises grouped by sector over designated size.

Data by industries in this chapter are based on the new National Industrial Classification of All Economic Activities；In the energy balance, data on stock, imports, exports and consumption are based on data provide by relevant departments and enterprises；Coal includes crude coal, washing coal, other washing coal and coal products and excludes coke.

According to the National Economic Sensus Ⅳ,the data had been adjusted from 2013 to 2017.

Data on this chapter are provided and processed in accordance  with the statistical reporting scheme on energy by the Division of Energy of the Fujian Provincial Bureau of Statistics.
