Brief Introduction

Main Content and Source of Data

Data in this chapter show the development of Fujian’s domestic market, wholesale and retail trade, hotels and catering services, mainly including the circulation of commodities in the wholesale and retail trade, the total retail sales of consumer goods and the financial indices of related businesses and tourism etc.

Except the data noted, all data in this chapter are based on the annual report of wholesale, retail, hotels and catering services and periodic statistical statements of 2011.Data on tourism are provided by Fujian Tourism Administration.

Data in this chapter are collected and compiled by the Division of Trade and External Economic Relations Statistics of Fujian Provincial Bureau of Statistics.
