本篇资料的主要内容及来源
本篇资料反映了全省外经外贸，主要包括进出口、利用外资、对外承包工程和劳务合作、人民币外汇牌价基本情况等方面的内容。
进、出口数据来源于海关统计，利用外资、对外承包工程和劳务合作等资料来源于省商务厅,外商投资企业工商注册数、资本金、投资总额数据来源于省工商局。历年人民币对主要外币的年平均汇价资料来源于国家外汇管理局，是根据当年国家外汇管理局提供的每日汇价进行加权平均计算而得出的当年年平均汇价。
自2018年起，我省利用外资以商务部外资统计口径为基准，加上外资投资性公司、再投资等的实际投资。外方服务境外贷款等不再纳入统计，以保持与商务部口径的一致性。
本篇资料由省统计局贸易外经统计处整理提供。
Brief Introduction
Main Content and Source of Data
Data in this chapter show the basic conditions of foreign trade and tourism , mainly including imports and exports, utilization of foreign capitals, contracted projects and labor services cooperation, exchange rate of RMB to other currencies etc.
Data on foreign trade are based on
the statements made by the Administration of Customs. Data on utilization of
foreign capitals, contracted projects and labor services cooperation are
provided by Fujian Department Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. Data on
Registered Foreign Funded Enterprises are provided by Fujian
Industrial and Commercial Bureau. Average exchange rates of RMB yuan to other currencies over the years come from the State
Administration of Exchange Control. The annual average exchange rate is
calculated as the weighted mean of the daily exchange rates provided by the
State Administration of Exchange Control.
Since 2018,the statistical caliber of foreign investment is based on the Ministry of Commerce.within the actual investment of foreign investment companies,reinvestments, etc. Foreign services are no longer included in the statistics.
